I’m Sandrina Amanda Davis, a Christian non-profit leader on a mission to make a lasting difference. As the CEO of a leading community development foundation in Jamaica, I use my experience in nonprofit leadership to drive initiatives that transform lives and strengthen communities.

Education and Experience

I hold an MBA from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and certifications in NGO Management and Sustainable Community Development. My career spans roles such as Administrator, General Manager, and Country Director, equipping me with the skills to foster meaningful change.

Empowerment and Service

I actively serve as a Justice of the Peace and mentor young girls in the We Transform programme. As a co-author of Beyond Survival To Thriving, I share stories of resilience and empowerment. My guiding mantra, “The process is necessary for the purpose,” inspires my commitment to mentorship and community collaboration.

It is a great time to be alive! The possibilities are endless! So many opportunities abound! Popular media and culture carve out a route and chart the course for the average life. I realize that there is just an extreme focus on the notion of “every man for himself. This “protect me and mine” culture will never create the change we all want to see in the world.
Lately, I have been thinking about stories that shared with me when I was a little girl, such as the one of both the Good Samaritan. I remember the first time that I listened to that story, and I also remember the first time I read it with myself.
